My Experience
Across nearly 30 years of practice, I have spent the majority of my time within Human Resources (HR) departments, focusing on people management, related processes, and company culture. For a time, I moved into the Quality Department, where I gained a solid understanding of process and project management methodologies. I have experience across various sectors—including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), finance, consulting, and healthcare/pharmaceuticals—and have held diverse roles, ranging from Specialist and Project Manager to Director.
