I will be your guide
Since 1998, I have been working on self-discovery, inner strength, and humility, and I still find it very enjoyable. Among the various methods and styles I have encountered on this journey, I have chosen two that I am dedicated to intensely and I believe in their effectiveness.
Since childhood, I have been accompanied by distinct traits that don't change much over time. I am a person of contradictions and that is actually helping me to understand other people. I like people and usually trust them, yet I am also a cautious introvert. Sometimes, I want to shine and entertain everyone in company, and other times, I find myself chatting with a few people in a corner. On one hand, I can stand up for myself and others and function well under stress. On the other hand, I sometimes burst into tears in front of an aggressive person and would prefer to run away. I don't like pressure, and at the same time, I am impatient. I can be very loyal in relationships and also need to feel the freedom of choice. I appreciate certain traditions, but I don't accept phrases and social customs without meaning.
It is important for me to understand and embrace every part of my personality.
To build upon what serves me well and to develop and refine what bothers me. And still be myself. And that's how I work with my clients as well.
MY PRACTICE & EVOLUTION
Coaching
I had my first training in coaching in 2009 and could learn from one of the best Coaches in Czech Republic – Radvan Badbouh, Naďa Březina (Grosamová), Klára Lauritzen and Magda Loumová. I went through 3 levels of education in coaching. In 2022 I came back to refresh what I have learned. Since that time I use coaching actively in my daily life of HR partner and also as a People Manager.

Systemic Constellation
I started my constellations journey in 2013 and work with them since then. I have gone through hundreds of constellations as a participant and actively led now dozens of them. I learned in different ways from many great Therapist/Coaches/Facilitators – John Whittington, Miro Hajduk, Ivan Verny, Zlata Šramová, Eva Pávková, Ivana Wurstová, Richar Opěla, Jan Bílý, Bhagat, Ria Verlinden, Wilfried Nelles. I work individually as well as in the group. Thanks to my experience I can work effectively with family as well as business systems.

Work Experience
During almost 30 years of experience I spent most of time in Human Resources departments taking care about people, processes regarding people and company culture. I also spent some time in Quality department where I gained good knowledge of process and project management. I went through couple of industries (FMCG, Finance, Consulting, Healthcare) and positions (Specialist, Project Manager, Director).
